The 219 Skip Tooth Kart Sprocket is a lightweight, one-piece rear sprocket developed for high-RPM 2-stroke racing karts using a #219 chain drive system. Its skip-tooth geometry is designed to reduce the number of primary contact points between the chain rollers and sprocket teeth, helping reduce transmission drag and rotating mass while maintaining the nominal gear ratio of a conventional sprocket with the same tooth count.
Manufactured from high-strength 7075-T6 or 7075-T651 aluminum alloy, the sprocket offers an excellent strength-to-weight ratio for competitive karting. A hard-anodized surface treatment improves tooth-surface wear resistance, corrosion protection, and long-term appearance.
