1 The driver must hold a valid racing license for the current year. The specific requirements of eligibility shall be stated in the rules of each level of competition.

2 The team that signs up for the team race must be composed of two drivers and two cars, and be registered by the designated registrant. In accordance with the time limit stipulated in the race rules at all levels, the registered teams shall submit a written request to the race organizers to change their drivers. For riders who have registered for a team race, if they change teams during the race, a letter of acceptance signed by the original team must be issued to the race organizer. In the event that a driver of the original team is dismissed from the race due to his/her team’s discontinuation or dismissal, the driver may be transferred directly to another team or participate in the individual race.

3 Hong Kong or Macao nationality racers can hold the current year’s valid karting license issued by the Hong Kong mini-racing association or the Macau automobile association.

4 Only after applying to China federation of automobile sports and obtaining a valid provisional license for karting drivers in the current year, can Taiwanese drivers apply for the race.

5 The competition organizer shall specify the registration method of mechanics in the competition rules.

6 When the official entry form is submitted, the entry form must be signed by the legal guardian of the rider. Otherwise the organizer will not accept.

7 A valid authorization certificate of the manufacturer shall be issued to the organizer for the registration of a team of manufacturers.

8 The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry for a particular entrant or driver without stating the reasons.
