During the race, if a kart fails to start again due to faulty parking or the driver leaves his vehicle, the driver is deemed to have withdrawn from the race, and the driver and the referee shall push the kart off the race track to a safe position. The driver and his cart must wait in place until the end of the round. If a racer is lapped by another racer, the referee at the end of the race will issue a Red Cross flag on a blue background and order him to quit the race. On the way out, the driver must raise his left hand up and drive along the sideline of the track, actively avoiding other cars in the race.
At the end of the race, the racer must drive directly back to the closed area on the prescribed road after the black and white checkered flag is flashed to the racer by the finish judge. From the time a driver receives the black and white checkered flag signal to the time he arrives at a stop in the enclosed area, he must slow down and must not overtake or stop at will.
At the end of the race, the riders who are ranked first must accept the final inspection in the closed parking lot as stipulated by the organizers.
